Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, preferably in the firearms or tactical industry, and is comfortable handling phone, email, and online inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
• Process orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and recommendations
• Maintain customer records and update account details in our CRM system
• Work closely with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the firearms or tactical industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of firearms, shooting ranges, or tactical gear is a plus
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
