Project Manager – Range Design

Mr Target is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Range Design to oversee and manage shooting range design and installation projects across the USA. This role involves working closely with range owners, law enforcement agencies, and private clients to design, plan, and implement shooting range solutions tailored to their needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end range design projects, from initial consultation to completion
• Work with clients to understand their needs and develop customized shooting range solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee installation and implementation of range equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations on range safety, target systems, and ballistic solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with range owners, law enforcement agencies, and shooting sports facilities
• Travel to project sites, industry events, and trade shows as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in range design, construction project management, or a related field
• Knowledge of firearms range safety, target systems, and shooting range infrastructure
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the USA
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with range regulations, environmental considerations, and permitting processes
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
