Internal Sales Representative

The ideal candidate has sales experience in the firearms industry and ideally comes with an established network of contacts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for law enforcement and military accounts
• Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Coordinate product demonstrations and attend industry trade shows as needed
• Stay up to date with industry trends and customer needs
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical knowledge of our product line

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales experience in the firearms, law enforcement, or tactical industry
• Existing relationships and contacts within the law enforcement/military space preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed for trade shows and client meetings
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
