International Sales Manager

The ideal candidate has a strong background in international sales, experience in the firearms industry, and a network of contacts to leverage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with international distributors and dealers
• Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand market presence
• Travel internationally to attend trade shows, meet distributors, and establish new accounts
• Provide product training and support to international partners
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with distributors
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate shipments and ensure compliance with export regulations
• Stay informed on international market trends and regulations in the firearms and law enforcement space

Requirements:

• 3+ years of international sales experience, preferably in the firearms or tactical industry
• Established network of international contacts is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel internationally as required
• Familiarity with ITAR regulations and export compliance
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
