Specifically designed to support the weight of this target.  The dual modular uprights are fully armored to protect from “low blows” and assemble in seconds.  The overall height of “THE BIG 50″ target system stretches to 38” tall and weighs in at a whopping 110 lbs.

Big targets for big guns!  5/8” thick AR500 steel designed to be pummeled with countless 50BMG and 338 Lapua rounds... and BELT FED MACHINE GUNS!

This plate stands 30" tall and 18" wide and weighs in at 77 pounds.  This is the perfect setup for distance training or sniper shooting. 

Used by industry leaders to test high rate of fire 50 caliber machine guns, as well as permanent long-range installations where accessing the target for maintenance is a hassle (no maintenance required on this baby).

So just how badass is the BIG 50? We're glad you asked...

Recently, we visited one of our BIG 50 targets that lives up on a ridge, 1000 yards from the firing line at the prestigious Cowtown Shooting Range in Peoria, AZ. While there, we exchanged the v1 base with our new v2 base with added armor but left the original target plate.

This target has lived on that ridge for over 4 years, receiving absolutely no maintenance whatsoever other than repainting. Tens of thousands of rounds of everything from .308 all the way to 50 BMG have been fired at this target (enough for any missed rounds to dig a trench around the target that was 8 feet wide, 15 feet long and 2 feet deep). So how did the target fare...?

...the four year old 5/8" thick AR500 BIG 50 steel target was smooth as glass, absolutely undamaged looking like the day it was born!
